Hi I’m AB! I’m passionate about happiness, joy and living simply. For years I battled with anxiety disorders. After research, diet changes, and therapy, I have cultivated a life that allows me to manage my anxiety and live my best life. I challenged myself to learn to live in the moment and only focus on those things that give me happiness, joy and peace.
Learning to triage my life as a mother, employee, daughter, friend, etc was the most challenging part. As I started to think about how I wanted my life to feel instead of look, I divided it into five categories that were important to me. Faith, Fitness, Family, Finances, and Fun. I call them my Fab 5 and you can read about how I balance and prioritize them here.
I am also passionate about parenting, friendship, food, wine, coffee, Prince, sports, social media, photography, and food.

So along with posts about my Fab 5 there will also be a sprinkling of posts related to these lifestyle subjects as well.
